Women in Engineering Gender Equity Research

This visual language was inspired by the manufacturing space, research data graphics and individual themes and stories that emerged from the research. We developed a look and feel that is expressive, youthful and can sit comfortably on social media platforms. We thought to use a design approach that amplifies the female voice, making it loud and expressive in an otherwise conservative engineering space.
